Michelle Simard has been a paralegal since 1991 and joined the firm in 1995.
She assists attorneys with the preparation of closing documents in connection with various transactions such as reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers and arrangements in relation to fiscal and commercial planning. She provides support to clients and attorneys of the firm at closings. She also prepares documentation in this regard, more specifically, incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, share transactions, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers, estate freezes and various other transactions. She also reviews minute books in the context of due diligence.
Michelle continues to acquire knowledge in her field through ongoing education via legal conferences, seminars and discussion groups.
