Overview
Kathy has been a paralegal for 10 years. Over the years, she has acquired a solid experience in corporate law.
She conducts the incorporation, registration and organization of companies at both the provincial and federal levels. She reviews, maintains and updates corporate books. She also drafts various documents in connection with mergers, amendments to articles, dissolutions, continuances, share transfers and rollovers.
She is continuously enhancing her legal knowledge by attending seminars and reading publications.
