Mélissa Boudreau is a paralegal since 2018. She assists clients in the start-up of their business, more specifically, she proceeds to the incorporation, registration and organization of joint stock companies. She also takes care of their annual and current updating by drafting the necessary resolutions in the minute book in accordance with the various changes within the organization. She also proceeds with business dissolutions and cancellation as well as amendments.
In addition, Mélissa supports lawyers in the context of reorganizations, acquisitions, mergers, rollovers or any other share transactions. In particular, she completes due diligence by using research programs such as RDPRM and plumitif.
Finally, Mélissa works with correspondents for the maintenance in compliance of pan-canadian or international companies who have activities in Quebec, commonly called extra-provincial registrations.
