 Anastasia joined our firm as a notary after having successfully built and operated her own private practice in the community over a ten-year period.

 She has a solid expertise in all the fields of the notarial profession especially in the field of real estate and protection of the individual. She also provides advisory service to businesses, in matters of sale, transfer and fiscal rollover.

Over the years, she has developed a specialized expertise in the area of medical clinics, which allows her to offer sound advice to her many clients operating in this field and to offer them guidance and counsel during transactions that involve the creation, expansion, expropriation or reorganization of clinics.

She is also recognized for her expertise regarding the settlement of estates, especially in cases involving a deceased or heirs located outside of Canada.

Anastasia gives back to her community by serving as a member of several non-profit organizations and as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Caisse Populaire Desjardins Ukrainienne de Montréal. Her active community engagement and ability to provide service in multiple European languages has made her a highly respected leader in Montreal's Ukrainian and Slavic communities.
