Pierre Lessard is a member of our Tax, Estate Planning and Tax Litigation group. He has an extensive experience in domestic and international taxation. He has been active for many years in establishing transactions or reorganizing operations to achieve optimal tax structure. His client base includes small- and medium-sized corporations operating on a global scale.

Pierre has lectured extensively at Université of Sherbrooke and also lectured at McGill University and Ottawa University. He gave many conferences for international, Canadian and Quebec tax organizations. He also lectured for l’Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.
