Jane Bogaty

Jane Bogaty practices law in our Commercial Law group. She has over 30 years of experience and enjoys an excellent reputation in the area of secured and unsecured lending.

Jane advises individual lenders and syndicates of lenders as well as corporate borrowers on a variety of domestic and international financings. Jane also represents manufacturers and pan-Canadian distributors of motor vehicles, equipment and machinery who provide floor and other types of financing for their clients in Quebec and drafts and negotiates loan, security, and other ancillary agreements and documents which may be required in such context.
