Alexandre Legault

Alexandre Legault joined our firm as a student in the summer of 2019 and completed his professional training in 2021. He holds a law degree (with distinction) from the University of Ottawa.

Alexandre practices in the Commercial Law and Taxation groups. He is called upon to negotiate and draft legal agreements relating to business law, including the elaboration of tax planning strategies in the context of commercial transactions such as the incorporation of corporations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.

He also specializes in drafting contracts related to real estate law, particularly in matters of commercial leasing, the technology law, and mergers and acquisitions.
