Roxana Crihan joined our team as a student in the summer of 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Laws with an International Path from the Université de Montréal.
Over the course of her undergraduate studies, Roxana distinguished herself through her involvement in the university community. In her first year, she won her first mock trial in hospital liability. Building on this experience, she became involved with the Health Law Committee, organizing several events and conferences at the Faculty of Law to promote this area of practice. She was also selected to represent the Université de Montréal at the Model United Nations in New York. Furthermore, she worked at a boutique litigation firm, where she assisted professionals in various matters, including professional liability, construction law and employment law.
Curious by nature and with a desire to hone her legal acumen, Roxana participated in a student exchange program at the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing. She also broadened her understanding of European law and international arbitration during a student exchange at the Università degli studi di Milano.
Along with her studies, Roxana was also involved in her community as a student volunteer at the Women's Y Legal Information Clinic and as a peer-helper for their Work Integration Program, which assists women and girls in need.
