Executive Director

Luc Mailhot has been our firm’s Executive Director and President of its managing company since 1993. Working with senior management, he establishes business plans, organizational policies and objectives, sees to their implementation and is responsible for overall financial control of the firm. He also serves on several committees, including the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining our team, Luc worked as an intern for a major Quebec-based accounting firm before spending the next 13 years as auditor and later partner. He also conducted training seminars in the different offices of this firm and participated in the professional inspection of these offices.

Luc is past president of the Association québécoise des administrateurs juridiques (AQAJ). This association brings together managers from all legal administration areas and constitutes a unique platform for exchange, a vast network of knowledge and experience and an unparalleled source of ideas, resources and training.

He is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), an international association which is comprised of over 9,000 members.
