Denis Bernier, MBA, CPA, CMA
Financial Director

Denis Bernier is our firm’s Financial Director. In this role, he is responsible for all activities related to financial operations.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a member of the Quebec Chartered Professional Accountants Order. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, information technologies, operations management and strategic procurement. He has worked in the insurance and professional services industries.

Denis is a member and president of the Finance committee of the Association québécoise des administrateurs juridiques (AQAJ). This association brings together managers from all legal administration areas and is a unique platform for discussions, a vast network for sharing knowledge and experience, and an unparalleled source of ideas, resources, and training.

 Denis is known for his leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
