Mélissa Rivest
Partner

Mélissa Rivest is a partner in the Civil and Commercial Litigation group and is also co-leader of the Construction group.

She practices mainly in the area of commercial litigation, including construction law, real estate law, general civil liability, securities law, banking law and insolvency. She has represented many clients before the courts, both at trial and on appeal, and in front of certain specialized administrative tribunals in complex litigation matters.

Mélissa has been involved in several major files such as class action lawsuits.
